Payment

We provide a variety of payment options for you to choose from, the full list shown at checkout. The price you see at the checkout includes 5% VAT. 

Shipping Information

We ship orders all over the world. The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel and are calculated automatically at checkout.

After receiving your order, we aim to ship your item within 3 business days. The time of delivery depends on the country of destination and shipping method. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status. 

Complaints and refunds

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at  [email protected]. We will review each case individually and find a solution. 

You can return the product to us in its original condition within 14 working days from the reception and we will provide you a refund (excluding delivery costs).

In case the order fails to be delivered because of various reasons and returns to us, you will be notified accordingly and can decide whether to pay the shipping costs again or receive a refund for the book.
